Pay securely by card through Stripe.

Send us your photo
Email or DM us the original file at full resolution. After you pay, we'll show you exactly how.

Check your preview
Within 48 hours we send a preview of how it will look lit. If you're not happy and we can't fix it, you get a full refund before anything is printed.

We print and post it
Within 5–7 business days of your approval, tracked with Aus Post.
Photos that glow best
Work well
Bright, colourful photos with a clear subject, such as pets, outdoor shots, flowers and celebrations.
Best avoided
Very dark photos, tiny faces in group shots, and screenshots or heavily compressed images.
Please only send photos you took or have permission to use. Not sure about yours? Send it anyway and we'll tell you honestly in the preview.
Policies
Returns and faults
Because every panel is personalised, we can't offer change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and we'll send a free replacement or give you a refund.
This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your photos and privacy
We use your photo only to make your order, and we delete it 30 days after delivery.
We can't print copyrighted characters, logos or artwork, or professional photos without the photographer's permission.
Colour
Small differences from what you see on your screen are normal. The colours are made by light passing through layers of filament, so they won't match a phone display exactly. Your preview shows how your panel will look lit.
Power and what's in the box
You get the panel, a printed stand and a pure-white LED backlight that runs on 5 V USB. A USB cable is included. A wall plug isn't, but any phone charger will do.
Delivery
Free tracked Aus Post Parcel Post, within Australia only. Custom orders are posted within 5–7 business days of you approving your preview. The Aurora Australis ships in 1–2 business days.
